Whether you’re updating your family Christmas cards, creating meaningful gifts, or simply cherishing this special time of year, our mini sessions offer a fun, relaxed, and memorable experience for all ages.
Each session includes professionally edited images and access to a private online gallery, making it easy to relive the magic and share your photos with loved ones. Limited spots are available—reserve your session today and make this Christmas truly unforgettable!
Each Christmas Mini Session Includes:

SESSION RULES:
By booking, you AGREE to the Terms and Conditions below:
⭐ Designed for families of up to 6 people.
⭐ We cannot be held responsible if a child is uncooperative, shy, or in a bad mood during the session. We will always do our best to help them feel comfortable and engaged.
⭐ Please consider your child’s nap schedule when booking—happy and rested children help ensure a successful photoshoot.
⭐ Sessions are 30 minutes long, so please arrive on time and fully dressed for the shoot.
⭐ Late arrivals cannot extend the session time, and your session may be shortened as a result.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY:
⭐ A deposit is required to secure your session.
⭐ All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
⭐ If you cannot attend, you may sell or transfer your booking to another person—please notify us with the new client’s details.
⭐No-shows lose the option to reschedule, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
⭐ All cancellations must be made in writing (email or message).
⭐ If you cancel and do not transfer your slot to someone else, your deposit is forfeited.
⭐ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are treated as no-shows.
⭐ If we must cancel due to an emergency, illness, or venue issues, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.
RESCHEDULING:
⭐ Rescheduling is only possible if you provide your session to another client and inform us in advance.
⭐ We cannot reschedule due to lateness, poor weather (indoor session), or a child’s mood on the day.
IMAGE DELIVERY & EDITING:
⭐ You will receive 5 edited digital images within 2–7 days.
⭐ Additional editing requests, retouching, or special edits may incur an extra fee.
⭐ Raw, unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.
MODEL RELEASE:
⭐By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that the photographs taken during your Christmas Mini Photoshoot may be used by the photographer for marketing, portfolio, promotional, and advertising purposes.
⭐This includes display on websites, social media, online galleries, printed materials, and studio promotions.
⭐If you do not wish for your images (or your child’s images) to be used in this manner, you must notify us in writing before your session date.
⭐Your privacy will always be respected, and your images will not be shared without your explicit instruction.
